Challenges
- We needed to transport Chin Hin staff from their office to the showroom during peak hours, but the staff were unable to leave early.
- The client requested a craft art station to be set up within a limited space.
- The client wanted decorations but did not want to drastically alter the existing look of the showroom — they preferred to maintain its current appearance.
- Limited showroom space must fit stage, MOU signing, dinner, and launch gimmick.
Solution
- Coordinated closely with the dinner floor manager to schedule the staff’s estimated arrival time, ensuring they were picked up promptly and the dinner started on time.
- Fulfilled the client’s request for a live craft art station, adapting to the space constraints.
- Delivered minimal yet tasteful decorations that enhanced the space while preserving the showroom’s original look and feel.
- Make use of staircase to serva as stage, convertible signing area, cocktail-style dinner setup, & place the gimmick near/onto the stage to save space and maintain smooth guest flow.
